  • Maintain and manage the financial transactions.
  • Ensure that cash book is updated and recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Update filing records, perform daily office tasks and accounting data entries in the system.
  • Prepare monthly Statement of Account (SOA).
  • Manage and keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Monitor cash, bank balance, and payment transactions.
  • Perform all administrative tasks including government and/or relevant authorities' license applications and renewals and ensuring bills are paid timely.
  • Perform all matters pertaining to office administration including pantry management, stationery management, upkeep of
  • Office fittings, furniture and equipment, overall cleanliness of the office, and office maintenance.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and calculation and provision for depreciation charges according to the company's policies and accounting standards.
  • Ensure that all employee's attendance reports are submitted to HR department on time for payroll processing.
  • Manage monthly claims for payroll processing.
