- Maintain and manage the financial transactions.
- Ensure that cash book is updated and recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
- Update filing records, perform daily office tasks and accounting data entries in the system.
- Prepare monthly Statement of Account (SOA).
- Manage and keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash, bank balance, and payment transactions.
- Perform all administrative tasks including government and/or relevant authorities' license applications and renewals and ensuring bills are paid timely.
- Perform all matters pertaining to office administration including pantry management, stationery management, upkeep of
- Office fittings, furniture and equipment, overall cleanliness of the office, and office maintenance.
- Maintain fixed assets register and calculation and provision for depreciation charges according to the company's policies and accounting standards.
- Ensure that all employee's attendance reports are submitted to HR department on time for payroll processing.
- Manage monthly claims for payroll processing.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
