Implement approved inspection test plans to ensure it is executed within the set timeline
Interface with clients for QC matters and collaborate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities
Plan and prepare Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specification
Plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance
Undertake the preparation of Final Handing over dossier and maintain proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document
Manage the supplier evaluation and in-process inspection at the manufacturing location; applicable to the respective discipline of specialization
Attend PIM / PMT meeting at HQ as required by Project Manager
Review final sub-contractor MDR prior submitting to client / owner for approval
Liaise with document controller and update the status of latest document revision prior to internal / external quality / ISO audit including SCAR/NCR status
Review NCR, SCAR and QAN statistics to determine trends and ensure corrective action and preventative measures had been taken
Responsible to collect the RFI quality inspection documents / report weekly, and submit the original documents to document controller for archiving
Education / Qualifications & Skills.
Preferable Diploma in engineering preferably Mechanical or Chemical
5 years of working experience in QA/QC mainly in oil and gas industry
Certification in Quality Control (CSWIP / PCN / ASNT /API)
