Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QAQC Executive to join our team. The QAQC Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products, services, and processes according to established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and quality audits of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the development and review of quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance and quality control practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and quality control.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Min 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
