  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transaction processing, ensuring accurate recording of financial activities and project purchases.
  • Lead the monthly management accounts process and ensure timely reconciliation for accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure regulatory and tax compliance with income tax, sales and service tax, and other local regulations.
  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with Group SOPs.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting by consolidating departmental budgets and preparing long-term operating plans.
  • Monitor cash flow, ensuring timely collections and proper billing procedures.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities for tax submissions and statutory audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Studies (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Familiarity with MFRS/IFRS, corporate tax, SST, GST, and the Companies Act.
  • Proficiency in SAP accounting software.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA), and membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
