FACTORY EXECUTIVE

Qualifications & experience

• Min possess Diploma Food Technology/Science or equivalent.
• Able to work independently, effectively and efficiency.
• Able to lead whole production worker.
• Good in time management and planning, decision making and problem solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written. Good command in Bahasa English and Malaysia, can speak in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing/food industry.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations in the factory.
• Responsible for continuous improvement in production output, quality, and waste reduction.
• Oversee production run for timely and effective product delivery.
• Monitor daily operations, report, and resolve abnormalities.
• Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
• Maintain food safety and quality control in production to comply with relevant requirements.
• Plan, manage, and lead manufacturing team for production optimization, product safety and quality.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented among factory workers. Ensure that production of goods is delivered on a timely basis to the pharmacies and on-time shipping for exports.
• Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management. In collaboration with various department to ensure smooth operations.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Operation when is needed.
