Be responsible for day-to-day operations, to coordinate, manage and monitor the working of various departments in the organization. To provide full operation support to Operation and Sales team and working closely to ensure smooth running of the team’s operation.
Be responsible in meeting with prospects to prepare necessary quotations and other relevant documents and service existing clients.
Be responsible to prepare and control operational budgets and control inventory.
Be responsible to improve processes and policies in support or organization goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to increase employees’ morale and performances.
Be responsible to perform site inspections as and when required.
Be responsible to assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure; delegation of tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate staffs’ performances.
Be responsible to observe and improve the efficiency of support services such as HR, Admin and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
Be responsible to liaise with the Senior Operations Executive or any other authorized personnel on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Be responsible to prepare necessary reports of service, checklists, equipment etc to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
Be responsible to create a full set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations as and when needed.
To implement, maintain and comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Perform any other relevant duties of the Company as and when required.
