Job Description:-

  • Provide sales/business development administration support for daily sales operations.
  • Research and identify new leads and potential markets.
  • Cold call and respond to customer inquiries via walk-ins, website, social media, phone, email, and chat.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Track and manage sales data using CRM software.
  • Answer potential client questions, address complaints, and follow up on queries.
  • Create and maintain a database/list of prospective clients.
  • Generate regular sales reports for review by the Head of Department if required.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales/business development team and internal departments.
  • Facilitate communication within the sales/business development team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales/business development team members.

Qualification & Requirement: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Degree.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of performing in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Minimum Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent sales roles with excellent sales support and business administrative skills will be seriously considered.
  • Candidate will be based in the Johor Bahru branch.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
