Job Scope:

1. Market Research and Merchant Relations:

Identify and expand tenant resources to enhance the mall's diversity and attractiveness.

Manage mall resources by overseeing tenant store spaces, advertising spaces, and cart rentals within the mall.

Build strong merchant relationships and assist merchants in planning advertising and promotional activities.

Insight into tenant resources and market trends to provide data support for corporate marketing team.

2. Company Branding and Market Promotion:

Establish and maintain good relations with media and public institutions to enhance Easyhome's brand visibility.

Design and strategy Easyhome's market positioning in Malaysia

Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar, schedule and activities budget.

3. Design and Operational Tasks:

Assist in visual marketing planning work for mall events and company promotions, including short tutorial videos and product display images.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relationships.

Own transportation for traveling.

Passionate in creative marketing with problem-solving skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience in marketing, design, public relations, or related planning will be advantageous. Company Benefits:
