Job Responsibility:-

1. Provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, travel arrangement and administrative matters

2. Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners

3. Prepare official correspondence, minutes of meeting and external letters

4. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

5. Assist in preparation of presentation and organize internal / external events

6. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff

7. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

8. Rack daily and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

9. Manage special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties when required

10. Collect all necessary daily, weekly, monthly reports from manager and summarize

11. Monitor and follow up the progress and performance of all the project

12. Manage company’s and director social media account / website

Job Requirements:-

1. At least 2 year of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

2. Academic qualification: diploma, degree or equivalent.

3. Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office and Google.

4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

5. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).

6. Discretion and confidentiality

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Ability to pay attention to detail and multitasking

9. Required language(s): Mandarin & English(Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

Job Type: Full Time

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30a.m - 5.30p.m)
