  • To assist on secretarial duties and administrative task
  • To prepare resolution and meeting minutes
  • To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/ returns to the Companies Commission Of Malaysia and other authorities
  • To maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files compliance with Companies Act, 2016
  • To liaise with clients and relevant authorities
  • To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required
  • Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant work experience
  • On job training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2016
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Work and Excel is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Diligent, responsible and willing to learn
