Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer’s enquiry / complaints received via emails, chats and/or phone calls
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding book availability, store hours, promotions, and general information.
  • Reply to chats sent via the Company’s FB/Instagram page and customer’s chat on Company’s Shopee / TikTok platform.
  • Assist with online orders, shipping queries, and tracking information when needed.
  • Coordinate with the in-store team for stock checks and order fulfilment.

Key Requirement:

  • At least an SPM holder or higher.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills
  • Enthusiasm for books and literature will be an added advantage.
