What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist in the sales and marketing aspect of works
- Assist in the issuance of job sheets, monitoring, follow up & arrangement of installation schedule.
- Assist in preparing of quotation, invoices & delivery orders
- Arrangement of entry pass & obtain approval from dept stores for installation
- Responsible for handling incoming calls & job orders via emailed
- Critical and Administrative duties such as filing and typing
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
- Preferably candidates with SPM/ STPM / Certificate or equivalent & certificate in Accounting would be an added advantage with minimum 1 or 2 years working experience
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer)
- Able to interact with multiple levels of management and customers & effectively meet deadlines.
- Candidates able to start work immediately are encourage to apply ;
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Possess own transport.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
