What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assist in the sales and marketing aspect of works
  • Assist in the issuance of job sheets, monitoring, follow up & arrangement of installation schedule.
  • Assist in preparing of quotation, invoices & delivery orders
  • Arrangement of entry pass & obtain approval from dept stores for installation
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls & job orders via emailed
  • Critical and Administrative duties such as filing and typing

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Preferably candidates with SPM/ STPM / Certificate or equivalent & certificate in Accounting would be an added advantage with minimum 1 or 2 years working experience
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer)
  • Able to interact with multiple levels of management and customers & effectively meet deadlines.
  • Candidates able to start work immediately are encourage to apply ;
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Possess own transport.
