Qualifications & experience

  • SPM and above
  • Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses based on customers' needs and interests via social media, email and walk in customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints and/or returns for both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Contacting wholesale and retail customers regarding account issues and following up on overdue invoices.
  • Dealing with local transport companies and couriers and updating customer shipping queries.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • To perform any other functions as directed by the Manager from time to time.
