Sales Representative
1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly local businesses, and help them discover our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various channels such as networking events, exhibitions, and direct meetings.
• Present the platform’s features and benefits in a tailored manner to meet the client’s needs, driving RFQ submissions and closing deals.
2. Community Engagement & Outreach:
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive user engagement on the platform, specifically with freelancers and businesses.
• Actively engage with the local business community to understand their sourcing needs and position TISCE as the solution.
• Support client onboarding and ensure they are informed about platform updates and opportunities.
3. Sales & Strategy Implementation:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets high-potential markets and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine sales tactics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and platform functionality.
4. Data-Driven Sales:
• Monitor sales performance metrics, RFQ conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and generate sales reports.
• Regularly report to management on the status of client acquisition efforts and sales targets.
5. Event Participation:
• Represent TISCE at networking events, exhibitions, and webinars.
• Plan and manage local workshops or meetups to foster business partnerships and enhance TISCE’s visibility.
- Education: At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or sales engineer is preferred
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills: Negotiation, Product knowledge, Communication, Closing & Prospecting.
- Preferred:
- Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain or engineering background
- Multilingual capabilities, Mandarin, are needed. (Need to communicate with CHINA Partner)
