Job Description
1. Identify, develop & implement quality policies, procedures, plans & programs to ensure product conform to customer spec & requirement.

2. Responsible for plant wide QA function including incoming quality control, in-process quality control, outgoing quality control & process audit.

3. Interact with customer to understand customer quality requirement & ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Manage customer complaint & ensure timely feedback to customer on the CLCA.

5. Develop & manage supplier to improve on supplier incoming quality.

6. To define Customer Specific Requirement (CSR).

7. Setting quality objectives, present and review the KPI in Management Review meeting.

8. Liaise with production & engineering to resolve in-house quality issue and seek long term corrective & preventive action.

9. Authority and responsibility for corrective action are promptly informed of products or processes that do not conform to requirements to ensure that nonconforming product is not shipped to the customer and that all potential nonconforming product is identified and contained.

10. Implement & monitor the effectiveness of SPC and make sure all PIC attend the SPC training.

11. Initiate & drive for continuous quality improvement plans and Six Sigma Projects.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical or Material) or equivalent
  • Knowledge in FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D problem solving.
  • Able to interpret drawing and GD&T.
  • Working experience in IQC, IPQC, OQC, Calibration and related job functions.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
