QA SYSTEM ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• Handle & Monitor ISO Documentation
• Liaise with Purchasing for SQE to conduct appropriate supplier audit and maintenance of supplier quality performance
• Assist Purchasing in developing sub-contractor capabilities
• Responsible for supplier certification stage related to Management System Audit
• Responsible on document control protocol, pertaining on quality, safety and environment; registration and distribution of documents
• Responsible on pursuing new standard system that related to quality, safety and environment, from assessment until certification stage that company desire to obtain
• Liaise with external parties that related to quality, safety and environment matters, such as CB, DOE, BOMBA, etc
• Responsible and involvement in every audit, whether internally or externally that related to quality, safety and environment

Qualification Requirement:

• Degree or certificate in related fields
• At least 3 years related experience
• Capable to analyse internal and external audit reports
• Able to conduct Process Audits and prepare audit reports
• Knowledge of Quality Management software

QC ENGINEER

Responsibility

• To provide QC support to production and ensure conformance to specification and requirement
• Conduct internal audits, training and implement quality systems.
• Lead a team of QC inspectors to perform quality check
• Establishing Work Procedures & Instructions and facilitate in-house training of quality procedures
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Liaise and facilitate yearly external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback

Qualification Requirement

• Degree or certificate in related fields
• At least 3 years related experience
• Knowledge of basic quality tools (8D reports, Ishikawa diagram, PDCA, etc)
• Use basic measurement equipment (caliper, micrometer, etc)
• Knowledge of SPC software (Minitab)

QC SUPERVISOR

Responsibility

• Train and guide inspectors an appropriate part inspection on visual and measurement
• Responsible for work scheduling to include, work assignment / rotation, inspector training, overtime and shift rotation
• Manage day-to-day QC activities and ensure that inspection activities are executed on schedule according to requirements
• Monitor and maintain stock inventory system up to date
• Ensure all equipment / gauges are properly maintained and verified/calibrated at all times

Qualification Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in related fields.
• At least 3 years related experience.
• Ability to understand product drawing and GD&T interpretations.
• Knowledge of ISO and other quality standard as well as safety regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with computer skills.

QA TECHNICIAN

Responsibility

• Implementation of 5s in workplace
• To perform production assessment/tested sample measurement
• Ensure measuring equipment to be maintain well
• Perform inspection for daily in-process
• Responses/highlight to QA Engineer/prod personnel if there is any NG
• Any other assignment given by superior

Qualification Requirements

• SPM/Diploma or certificate in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in part inspection and measurement.
• Familiar in handling CMM, Micro Vu, Rondcom or good experience in various types of measurement equipment.
• Ability to understand product drawing and GD&T interpretations
• Open/Microsoft office system
• Good in MSA
