Senior Interior Designer (Design and Build) at MAJESTIC CREATION SDN. BHD.

Our client “⁠MAJESTIC CREATION SDN. BHD.” is seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Design and Build) to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for design process from ID concept to the presentation and development, serve our client's need more on hospitality (hotel & resort) background as well as residence’s project.
• Have a good knowledge of materials and their application
• Consulting with clients about their needs in order to create a design solution that meets their goals
• Manage to communicate with team members, scheduling meetings with client, overseeing contractors, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity with minimal guidance.
• Attend site visit independently and respond to any issues.
• Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff (for senior level)
• Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within timelines and budget.
• Any other job function as Senior Interior Designer
  
  

Who are they looking for?

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or similar design software
• Dual language: Mandarin and English is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in ID field.
• Experience in Design and Build is highly preferred.
• Portfolio of design work.
• Good communication skills to deliver the design ideas
• Positive thinking and self-motivated designer are welcomed to apply
