  • To maintain accounting books and records
  • To maintain proper filing systems
  • To issue and check invoices, Debit/Credit Notes, JV, and other transactions.
  • To issue payment vouchers and cheques
  • To assist the superior in all matters including ad-hoc tasks
  • To manage basic accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable
  • Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • To assist on preparing proposal and quotation
  • To verify staff claims

Requirements :
1. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or any equivalent certificate
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the Account is required or equivalent for this position.
4. Good negotiation skills. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adapt to dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
5. Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficient in Auto Count software and Microsoft Office.
