Tasks & responsibilities

  • Primary: Lead all staff to achieve monthly and yearly sales target set by management .
  • Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff. Oversee both front and back of restaurant daily operations, including floor staff, kitchen crew
  • Work with staff to project future needs for floor, bar and kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
  • Work closely with Marketing department to develop sales driven campaign and promotion to increase outlet sales. Constantly provide market info and customer feedback to the management
  • Maintain high-quality food and environment standards, inclusive of food quality, food presentation, floor cleanliness, service to customers at all time. Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
  • Oversee our bar, floor and kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and cleanliness requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same. Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
  • Identify methods our restaurant can use to reduce wastage, decrease costs, and improve profits
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
