Job Purpose

The Associate Operations role is responsible for executing operations at the depot management level. This includes ensuring safety, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in bus operations at the depot, all in alignment with the company's vision and mission.

Key Accountabilities

Planning

  • Ensure the readiness of the operational plan and availability of relevant operational data.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to routes, fleet, trips, schedules, and punctuality as required.

Operations

  • Monitor and coordinate daily operational pre-planning to align with management directives.
  • Supervise and track revenue, ridership, and trips, assisting the Head Depot with overall operational requirements.
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues that arise.

Financial

  • Manage daily operations while collaborating closely with the Head Depot to achieve operational targets and reduce costs.

People Management

  • Assist the Head Depot in fostering knowledge development within the depot and motivate staff to achieve business targets and company objectives.
  • Monitor staff discipline and take action in accordance with HCD rules and regulations.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Review customer complaints and provide constructive feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer complaints in compliance with company procedures and implement preventive actions.

Safety & Health

  • Ensure that buses used for daily operations are roadworthy and comply with Operational Safety and Health (OSHA) procedures.

Others

  • Perform any additional duties or assignments as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
