  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSILITIES

  • Conduct market trends analysis on retail, commercial, and residential developments for rental rates, occupancy rates and competitor developments to keep up to date with the latest developments.
  • Propose, plan, and execute marketing strategy and initiatives as needed for retail, commercial and residential properties
  • Facilitate the leasing process for retail spaces , commercial and residential properties, representing either landlords or tenants.
  • Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports, and other relevant documents with regards to tenancy transactions.
  • Maintain database of tenants, tenancy periods, and manage renewals within the lease period.
  • Initiate discussions with potential tenants and real estate agents for retail/commercial/residential properties, negotiate the terms and conditions and ensure tenant’s adherence to lease terms. Follow-up throughout execution of tenancy, to the opening of the store/office.
  • Support & manage the leasing process by identifying prospects, negotiating terms, and finalizing tenancy agreements for both landlords and tenants.
  • Liaise with all levels of staff in the group including project development, fit-out, advertising & promotions, architect, operation, building services, credit control, legal and finance, as needed.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Property Management / Real Estate / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in property management / leasing of office/commercial properties
  • Proficient in English & Malay. Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with multiple tenant requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Positive working attitude, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented with good management, organizational.
  • Possess own transport
