Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase of technical equipment, component, materials and supplies;
• Source and evaluate suppliers to negotiate for best price, terms, meeting requestors’ specification and delivery schedule;
• Plan and issue Purchase Order in accordance with production plan and delivery schedule;
• Ensure timely deliverability of purchase materials, include manage the logistics if required;
• Works closely with vendor for delivery program;
• Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness;
• Monitor supply markets and trends such price changes and shortages of supply, communicate with management on any significant factors that could affect the purchase price.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AUTOCOUNT software and Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking management.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
• Preferably with experience in purchase engineering material.
• Fast learner, able to work with minimum supervision.
