  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Responsible in daily operation, management and coordination to ensure smooth running of operation.

2. Formulate and continuously improve the departmental management and position responsibility system, strictly supervise and monitor the department management systems and post responsibility system in place.

3. Regularly review the department target completion and effects. Drive for department KPI requirement and continuous improvement by achieve new target

4. Drive department human resources management, development, training and examination of staff ability through verification of job performance.

5. continuously improve/optimize department operation process flow and eliminate non-value added process to improve the overall effectiveness and process quality

6. To strengthen the department budget and control through cost reduction activity.

7. To strengthen department process development and maintenance to ensure all various post in the department operate effectively.

8. Enhance the operator professional ethics and skill training, take care about worker’s life, and improve workers’ teamwork and quality of work.

9. To supervise 6 SIGMA method apply in the department

10. Assist staff to complete the warehouse design, implementation, operation test, maintenance and optimization of the group's logistics system operation.
