Responsible for the organization and management of production.
Responsible for the achievement of KPIs such as production cost, and analysis of abnormal causes and countermeasures.
Responsible for the selection and training of shift supervisors, mechanics, and inspectors.
Responsible for communicating and collaborating with internal departments to ensure delivery of work orders.
Responsible for production safety and management of equipment and tools.
Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Production/Line/Mechanic and at least 3 year(s) of production team leader working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for production reporting, data analysis, work reporting, etc..
Familiar with the company's production management, quality management, cost management, equipment management, production safety management and other related professional knowledge.
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work shift if needed.
