Senior-level positions will be considered for candidates with extensive experience and proven expertise in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the completeness and accuracy of AR closing activities.
- Credit Control by reviewing AR Aging and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial activities are properly documented.
- Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Assist in preparing balance sheet schedules.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing processes.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP/Autocount Accounting Software is considered an added advantage.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
