Senior Sales & Marketing Officer

1. To collaborate with the PMCSM in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all Sales & Marketing functions.

2. Responsible to do product demonstration and presentation for all company projects in good manner and professionalism.

3. To conduct market research and provide reports.

4. To organize, oversee, update and to fully participate in all sales activities, exhibitions, launching, gathering, promotion, and sales event organized by the management.

5. Responsible to arrange and call customer to set date of appointment for SPA & LA agreement when required and attend the appointment when required.

6. To initiate and assess customer requirements.

7. To assist monitoring Business Executives daily sales activities and maintain relationship with sales team and to ensure collaboration in sales activities.

8. To do visitation to customers for sales & marketing purposes.

9. To maintain customer records and provide monthly reports.

10. To assist in closing sales for all company projects with good & thorough follow-up until the sales process is completed by keeping track on all sales closed and follow through with sales agents on providing complete loan documents to the company.

11. To provide Post-Mortem Report to all company Events.

12. To work together and give full support to Sales Team and operation admin.

13. To provide administration support to all departments or projects as required.

14. To do tele-marketing and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

15. To act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

16. To assist the PMCSM in Property Marketing & Customer Service operation (including customer’s complaint, project handover key, defect appointment & repair, SA training, customer service, making SPA/LA appointment, liaison and telephony, refund & LAD).

17. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

18. To assist PMCSM in recruiting new Sales Agents for Sales Team.

19. Responsible to coordinate with Sales Agents who are on duty under Sales Assignment (Sales Booth, Expo and etc).

20. Responsible to assist on sales activities from time to time.

21. Responsible to do public relation and represent company.

22. Responsible to answer all incoming calls and record in log book.

23. Responsible to prepare weekly report on Sales operation & Customer Services related report.
