Store Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our team in Bintulu. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, if you have a keen interest in store management, we welcome your application.

Location: Prominent Target Sdn Bhd, Kemena Industrial Estate, Bintulu

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Candidates with relevant store management experience will be given priority.
• Lower qualifications with similar experience will be considered for the Store Supervisor position.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory software.
• Preferably residing in Bintulu with own transportation.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking JV partners.

Job Descriptions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring the accuracy of inventory, and maintaining the overall organization of the store.

• Verify incoming, outgoing, and returned stocks, ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
• Inspect the physical condition of all inventory, verifying both quality and quantity.
• Collaborate with department heads to align store activities with production, marketing, and purchasing functions.
• Assist in monthly stock takes and compile stock take reports for submission.
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times.
