Full time, on site role of Personal Assistant cum HR Coordinator to the Managing Director. This position requires administrative skills, attentive to details and able to manage both personal and HR related tasks. Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistant Duties
    • Calendaring meetings, appointments, managing datelines and travel arrangements
    • Handle correspondences, emails, watsup messages and phone calls on behalf of the MD
    • Organise and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient work processes
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

    2. HR Coordination

    • Assist with the recruitment process; such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
    • Assist in employee relation activities, such as conflict resolution, performance management and company welfare
    • Support HR initiatives such as organising company programs, training and other activities
    • Handle other related tasks related to HR administration
    • Assist with special initiatives as assigned by MD or HR Manager

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field of studies
    • At least 3 years experience as personal assistant or administration assistant with exposure to HR functions
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff of diverse background
    • Proficient in MS Office and other software and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
