Live Host & Affiliate (Team Leader)

Job Responsibility

What Youâll Do

• Responsible for product sales through live streaming (Promotion, new product recommendations, and growing account followers.)
• Create FAQ's and make appropriate suggestions on LIVE.
• Collaborate in content creation to optimize live traffic and increase sales conversion and popularity.
• Supporting the affiliate marketing channel strategy, objectives, and key activities needed to achieve success.
• Collaborating with a team of experienced and high-performing Affiliate marketers through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization, and campaign management) of the affiliate segment
• Establishing and growing strong relationships with marketplaces Affiliate Partners (KOL segment â individuals and agency), consolidating our position as partner of choice.
• Managing affiliates performance and growth on a daily basis â To keep the affiliates active and engage and grow with Flimty Affiliate Program.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-function teams for the opportunity in getting perks for affiliates partners in promoting the brands.
• Negotiating with affiliates partners for exclusive arrangements and deals with brands.
• Reporting performance key metrics and project implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.

• Fluency in Malaysia and English is required
• At least 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Keep up with social media trends and knowledge by being creative and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have prior experience or knowledge of the Healthy Lifestyle
• Show you care by being thoughtful in the way you welcome and connect with customers/clients
• Preferably a candidate who can start on short notice.
