QMS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forwarder / procurement for port verification / sampling for all products covered under the CIDB ACT upon receipt of shipping document.
• Submit e-permit application and follow-up on sampling / verification notice for the affected shipment.
• Arrange QA Technician for port verification, provide required documentation and follow-up with CIDB for test report and / or COA release for all affected shipment.
• Register all licensed products covered under CIDB act with CIDB upon receipt of license(s) and renew annually.
• Raise corrective action and preventive action request (CAPAR) to production upon receipt of related documentation and update CAPAR database.
• Prepare and submit application forms as well as related documentation to the certification body for new models, change(s) in standard(s) and / or the license (s), including applicable foreign certification body.
• Follow-up on application / PP2 / quotation / payment for testing and factory audit with the relevant certification body ensuring no delays resulting in deferment of trip.
• Prepare the annual internal quality audit plan and conduct audit as per the audit plan.
• Prepare certification of conformance when required by export department.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quality Management, Material or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable minimum 2 years working experience in QMS in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 documentation, implementation, planning and reporting as well as others products / quality certifications.
• Possess knowledge and experience in managing ISO 9001 Quality Management System and internal audit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to lead and motivate team in solving problems effectively.
• Good communication, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
