Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing

Wage & Salary

  • Worker will be paid not less than the minimum wage according to the local applicable law.
  • Worker will be entitled to all the statutory benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and Group Insurance

Working Hours

-Normal Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm (Please observe your location working hours)

- Shift Structure:

Periodically rotating shift structure.

Shift working schedule: Day Shift : 6.00am – 6.00pm

Night Shift : 6.00pm – 6.00am

Overtime Rate:

Overtime hours is any number of hours more than the normal hours of work completed per day.

  • For overtime on Ordinary Working Day and/or Off Day: rate of one and a half (1.5) times the hourly rate of pay;
  • For overtime on Rest Day and Public Holiday: minimum of two (2) times the hourly rate of pay.

Annual Leave:

  • 13 working days on a prorated basis for less than 2 years of service. Max 22 working days for year of service 15+.
