Responsibilities
- Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
- Track employee attendance and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Handling full spectrum of Foreign Worker Management including renewal of permits, insurance and FOMEMA.
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Managing employee separation processes
- Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing complaints promptly and professionally
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns
- At least one year of experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with company’s preferred HR software
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Able to start immediately
