- Manage hiring channel effectively to keep recruitment cost low and within the service level agreement.
- Create and maintain job postings on relevant job portals or recruitment channel.
- Supporting overall recruitment activities which includes executive & non-executive hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Maintain a professional relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Responsible for ensure all the necessary recruitment documentation is in place for both hardcopy and softcopy.
- Execute reference check for all potential candidate before official offering.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment (laptop, access card, register car plate number) and support to be successful.
- To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
- To deliver the result within the value system of EITA.
- And all other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
- Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
- Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
