To support Pizza Hut operations in the implementation of restaurant and supplier food safety and quality management programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide coaching /support to Operation team on restaurant standards, ACE restaurant audit program and food safety policies /procedures.
  • Conduct calibration exercise /training on ACE restaurant audit standards.
  • Conduct restaurant QA checks.
  • Investigate food safety related customer complaints.
  • Monitor pest control vendor performance.
  • Conduct new outlet opening check
  • Manage product sampling for microbe laboratory testing and reporting for HACCP store.
  • Review and update HACCP documents, involve in HACCP internal and external audit.

Qualification and Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or other food science related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in food industry, preferably in Quality Assurance or supplier food safety audits.
  • Familiar with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, GFSI and other food safety management systems and audit schemes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English ( spoken & written).
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Report writing skills.
