  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency across channels.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and propose new digital marketing initiatives to support business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years experiences in marketing or related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the crypto industry, web3 would be a strong plus.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
