Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee social media profiles: create content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the book retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam.
  • Personal transportation to the office is required as there is limited public transportation in the area.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • The candidate should be prepared for flexibility when required, including working extra hours and weekends, to ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive initiatives.
