Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee social media profiles: create content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities; gather customer feedback for strategy development.
- Support planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities; manage logistics and event promotion.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI, engagement rates, and conversion rates; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team; manage marketing materials, track budgets, maintain databases, and assist with scheduling and presentation preparation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the book retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam.
- Personal transportation to the office is required as there is limited public transportation in the area.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- The candidate should be prepared for flexibility when required, including working extra hours and weekends, to ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive initiatives.
