1. Sales & Marketing Associate - Scope Of Works & Responsibilities

a) Responsible for the marketing of the new project units (i.e. preparing sales, preparing marketing materials, preparing marketing budget, liaising with government agencies, etc);

b) Responsible for the sales of the new project units (i.e. liaising with the agents, distribution of marketing materials, etc);

c) Responsible for the allocated customers’ files, and follow up on the required supporting documents and Selling Price remaining sum collection before reporting to Management; and

d) Responsible to liaise and follow up with internal and external parties in order to meet the marketing, sales and collection targets (ie. Accounts team, Technical team, suppliers, buyers, end financiers, lawyers, etc) on timely manner.

2. Leasing Associate - Scope Of Works & Responsibilities

a) Responsible for the leasing of Fairview Groups’ residential and commercial properties by maintaining product knowledge of the properties and competing market, implementing effective marketing strategies to increase property traffic and following up with the prospect tenants prior to closing.

b) Responsible to ensure that:

i) all property space are filled (not vacant);

ii) all tenancy are accompanied with their updated, signed and stamped tenancy agreements;

iii) all correspondence (rental increment, change of utility ownership, late payment interest, change of nature of business, etc) regarding their tenancies are complete and filed accordingly;

iv) all rental collection are made to the Company in timely manner;

v) all utility payments have been made to the relevant authorities by the tenants;

vi) any defect, repair and refurbishment of space are to be carried out promptly and within the agreed cost approval, accompanied with their supporting documents;

vii) any eviction/termination/renewal of tenancy process to be carried out smoothly; and

viii) liaison with tenant, Company (technical and Management) and external parties (e.g. utility authorities) are maintained.

c) Responsible for maintaining the leasing reporting system to ensure that regular and accurate reports are made to your immediate Supervisor. This includes from preparing the standard tenancy agreements, renewal to issuing letters of claim, maintaining lease files and corporate lease schedule for Management’s monthly review.
