  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES

  • To monitor cleaning projects especially ad-hoc requests for cleaning services from customers.
  • To monitor and supervise cleaning staff at assigned cleaner work locations through regular site visitations including the allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying attention to productivity and quality control.
  • To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials and equipment for assigned projects.
  • To upkeep the necessary maintenance and servicing records / forms of cleaning equipment in accordance with set procedures.
  • of To carry out stock checks, replenishment on equipment and materials as required.
  • To arrange / carry out the induction and on-the-job (OJT) training of cleaning staff in accordance with relevant health and safety practices.
  • To undertake in conjunction with the Operations Manager, recruitment of cleaning staffs on a project-basis.
  • To prepare monthly reports and work schedules in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction and administer all required paperwork for each project.
  • To carry out heavy cleaning tasks if required, which may involve working outside normal working hours.
  • Be responsible to create a full set of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for operations as and when needed.
  • To ensure zero accident / incident at the workplace by promoting and maintaining high safety standards and practices amongst cleaning staff.
  • To implement, maintain & comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
  • To travel to outstation or overseas for project assignments as and when required.
  • Perform any other relevant duties of the Company as and when required.
  • This job position required for shift work (Day shift & Night Shift - Rotation basis)
