We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of Sales Executive in Malaysia (All Region).

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Job Overview

  • Generate sales revenues in target locations as assigned by superior
  • Sought new potential opportunities for revenue growth
  • As a middle person in communication between Customers and the Company
  • Ensure compliance with the ISO9001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Schedule for visiting customers' outlets and provide updates or product information/new products at assigned location
  • Track any competitive movement, challenges and information to superior from time to time
  • Provide solutions or suggestions for any issues that occur in the Sales Team
  • Provide product management and display to the retail customers
  • Ensure invoice and credit note received by customers according to the item delivered
  • Increase sales volume by gathering information, analyzing existing and potential new areas, and coordinating with Project Sales Department
  • Plan and schedule product distribution to customers in assigned location
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and engage with any promotion event hosted by customers if required
  • Taking care of replace, return or refund for any issues raised by customers
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, STPM, SPM or any equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years experience in related fields
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Pro-active, mature and willing to contribute to the overall business growth
  • Excellent planning, analyzing, effective communication and management skills
  • Computer literate (MS Word, excel, PowerPoint, E-mail)
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel
