  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About You:

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented clinical research professional with an advanced medical degree and extensive experience in clinical trials and healthcare leadership Your strong leadership skills and understanding of research protocols will help guide our specialized team in delivering accurate and personalized health insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to established protocols, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and alignment among the onsite team, specialists, and stakeholders, while collaborating with our global team to integrate the latest medical advancements into our health reports.
  • Health Report Development: Assist in creating, quality-assuring, and continuously improving our Comprehensive Health Reports, which provide deep insights into individual health profiles.
  • Network Expansion: Develop and expand relationships with laboratories and clinical/health vendors to deliver a broad spectrum of options for clients and patients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their unique health needs and provide appropriate guidance to enhance their health outcomes.
  • Ethical Standards: Ensure all clinical research practices adhere to the highest standards of medical accuracy and ethical considerations.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Masters or similar advanced degree in medicine, healthcare, biology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICD codes and experience with digital patient health record platforms, such as Heads Up.
  • Clinical Trial Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of clinical trials, research protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster clear interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare research.
