Job Descriptions:-
- Coordinate air export and import shipments, including scheduling shipments, arranging carriers and tracking shipment process to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise closely with Sales Team (Export), Purchasing Team (Import) and other related department.
- Ensure all shipping activities run smoothly on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with forwarded on shipment document document accurately.
- Measure the store inventory accuracy and propose action plans to reduce inventory discrepancies.
- Perform investigations to determine the root cause of extra and shortage store inventory and work with quality team to prevent similar issues.
- Review store inventory activities and recommend improvements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies. (Fresh graduate from these fields are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge in preparing customs documentation (ZPB AM, Lampiran D, Waste/Scrap Disposition) for import and export movement would be an added advantage.
- Experience in international movements of cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
- Good personality, responsive and positive working attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
