Job Title: Construction QA/QC

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction QA/QC to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, by conducting audits and inspections at various stages of the construction process. They will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, specifications, and procedures, and ensuring that all construction work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with company standards, as well as local and national regulations
• Review construction plans, specifications, and procedures to ensure that they are accurate and complete
• Monitor construction activities to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications
• Identify potential quality issues or safety hazards and work with construction teams to implement corrective actions
• Document and report findings of audits and inspections, and recommend improvements to construction procedures, as needed
• Collaborate with project/site managers, construction teams, and external authority departments to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure that construction activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to construction quality control and assurance
• Provide guidance and training to construction teams to improve their understanding of quality control and assurance principles and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction quality control and assurance
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and codes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to travel to construction sites as needed
• Certification as a Quality Auditor is preferred
