  • Manage staff recruitment including (advertising, shortlisting, interview arranging, on-boarding) and employment matter.
  • Monitor growth of skill of employee and arrange training or course accordingly.
  • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
  • Prepare and issue various employee letters (e.g., Promotion, Confirmation, Transfer, Show Cause, Acceptance of Resignation & Letter of Acceptance).
  • Update employee's attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
  • Administer employee claims such as medical, SOCSO, and more to ensure IT compliance with company policies.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management (SQL Payroll) including process wages, allowances, commissions, overtimes, deductions and others.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.
  • Develop company HR handbook & update organization chart, policies and procedures.
  • 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree / experiences in Human Resource Management / Business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated & teamwork.
  • Possess strong technical and problem solved skills and good leadership.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure in demanding and multitasking environment.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Good organizing skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise.
