Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with customers and Principal.

2. Work closely with the team and provide the relevant info to customers.

3. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests

4. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries

5. Prepare shipping documents (like invoices & Delivery Order)

6. Perform accurate inventory variance counts and inventory reconciliation counts

7. Handle the operational activities such as outgoing, receiving and storing stock

8. Weekly and monthly stocks take

9. Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management

Job Requirements:

  • With 1+ years prior experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • A communicator who works well independently and is a team player
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Prefer mandarin speaker as need to liase with HQ company and vendor.
