The candidate will play a critical role in helping the Medical Health Services (Testing) team to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination of all customer-related topics and order-related activities
  • Responsible for customer database, project updates and maximisation of customer relationship
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, confirmation status and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Provide customer service by attending to customers’ requests for test schedules, samples, and submission.
  • Administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
  • Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creation, credit notes.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates on debtors' listing for effective debt management.
  • Consolidate sales report and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in creation and preparation of marketing materials such as proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

Key Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma with at least 1 year of sales administrative experience or indoor sales experience
  • Preferably with background in the Medical or Testing industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff.
  • Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
  • Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
