Quantity Surveyor

JOB HIGHLIGHTS/ SUMMARY:

1) Assist in all Quantity Surveyor functions.

2) Assist in Pre and Post Contract Budget Control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare project costing, work schedule, report and certifications of claim for payments.
• Prepare progress claim, VO & final account.
• Attend site meeting and monitor site evaluation or measurement.
• Liaise with clients, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers and site supervisor.
• Evaluating and preparing suppliers and subcontractors quotations, analysis and price comparisons.
• Establish database for costs, materials and supply source.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Team player and able to work independently and meet tight deadline.
• Preferably at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Salary depends on experience.
