ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimisation of the design for the current website leveraging UI/UX best practice.
- Design landing pages, visuals, cover photos, videos.
- Design social media posts for a variety of social ad formats (link ads, carousel, lead gen ads, etc., a plus for ability to create canvas ads)
- Develop display ads in multiple formats and adaptation to the top 5 sizes.
- Developing animated banners is a plusManage newsletter design and optimization upon learnings
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD)
- Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches
- Work on layouts and artwork pages ready for print
- Aid in developing and design briefs by gathering information and data through research. With the ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Use innovation to redefine a design brief within constraints of cost and time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or any other related
disciplines - A minimum of 1+ years experience in designing posters, graphic design or related
- Must speak fluent English
- Knowledge of design software and graphics editing software (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) - Video editing skills and knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere) are
preferred but not required - Basic knowledge of photography and videography
- Understands visual elements (layout, type and fonts)A keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills, able to work independently and under tight
schedule - A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive to take on new projects and assignments, always looking for ways to
improve
