PRODUCTION ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To conduct frequent monitoring of production process parameter (Scada Room) based on Quality Plan.
2. Ensure process parameters between targeted specifications.
3. Report to superior if found abnormality in parameter specification.
4. To determine process efficiency, productivity and quality in manufacturing based on process monitoring analysis.
5. Assists production personnel on plant production quality trouble shooting.
6. Assists production in conducting trouble shooting on customer complaints.
7. Monitoring on-line chemicals analysis data and advice accordingly if required.
8. Participate in specific project (New Product/Customer)
9. Ensure experimental and testing recording well maintained.
10. Other assigned duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:-

A. Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Scientific or Engineering discipline, or Diploma or equivalent is required.
B. Experience
- Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
C. Other Personal Capabilities
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interact with internal, external and high-level management.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to set department objectives.
- Strong computer skills are preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
