Manage Customs Affairs

• Prepare and manage all necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures for timely and efficient shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities for accurate customs declarations and approvals.
• Calculate and manage import/export duties, taxes, and tariffs for all shipments.
• Address and resolve any customs-related issues or delays, minimizing supply chain disruptions.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and tariffs to adapt processes accordingly.

Purchasing and Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Create, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms to secure the best value for the organization.
• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and quick resolution of supply chain disruptions.

Implement cost-saving initiatives in the procurement process without compromising quality.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field is preferred.
• At least 2 to 3 years of customs affairs experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, be organized, and maintain professionalism.
• Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
