Job Description:
- Handle all aspects of sales, including finding new leads, presenting our properties, closing deals, following up with administrative tasks, and providing after-sales support.
- To achieve and exceed sales target set by the Management.
- To prepare regular reports on leads and sales performance to track progress toward targets.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any fields
- A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in a related field, proven sales experience, preferably in property or real estate.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Chinese (to deal with China clients).
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Social Media Management or willing to learn on social marketing skill.
